Welcome aboard. This page is your step-by-step onboarding checklist so we can launch fast and avoid delays.

How we work

- Drive = all assets in one place (yours + ours)
- Meta Business Manager = ads + tracking + Instagram
- CRM = funnels + automations + pipeline + reporting (90% of execution)
1) Slack Setup (Communication)

2) Drive Folder Setup (Assets & Deliverables)
Goal: everything stored in one place β no missing files.

3) Meta Business Manager Access (Facebook/Instagram)
Goal: we can launch ads, track results, and scale smoothly.

This reduces scaling restrictions, payment holds, and trust issues with Meta.

4) Instagram Setup
Goal: credibility + retargeting + stronger lead trust.

Goal: this is where the system runs (landing pages, pipeline, email, WhatsApp, reporting).

6) WhatsApp Setup (Templates + Automations)
Goal: instant follow-up and qualification = higher close rate.

Important Notes

If your Business Manager isnβt verified yet, we can connect WhatsApp under our verified BM to launch faster, then migrate once your verification is completed.
7) Domain / Subdomain Connection (Critical)
Goal: landing pages live on your brand domain for higher trust & conversion.
